Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing mail management tool, which will give you absolute command over your e-mailbox accounts and e-newsletters. With this easy-to-navigate graphical user interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox in an instant and manage its settings easily. Additionally, you can forward e-mails from one email box account to another, create e-mail filters, create autoresponder messages and protect your email mailboxes against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can guard all your e-mailbox accounts against spam electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unsolicited electronic mail messages will find their way into your email mailbox. Your e-mail messages will be sifted out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether an e-mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
Mail filters are excellent for sorting your incoming email messages on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Setting up email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the e-mail filtering criteria as per your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one mailbox account to another, or even to a number of other e-mail boxes. Simply select the electronic mail account you wish to redirect mails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager, you can quickly configure the mail client of your choosing to access your email box accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the email mailbox you want to set up on your computer or cell phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new e-mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple email boxes simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - specify the message you want people to view and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
